Our Focus for Dreamforce 2026
Last year we showed how agents get real-time SAP actions, so AI can act, not just analyze. This year we bring three things: our new product Vigience MCP, SAP variant configuration and pricing inside Agentforce Revenue Management, and a set of updates to Vigience Field Service.
New product: Vigience MCP for SAP
Vigience MCP gives AI agents and the people working alongside them access to live SAP data and transactions, from whatever surface they work in: Agentforce, Slack, Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or a coding agent in the IDE. It serves the SAP processes your teams actually run, curated per customer on Vigience Overcast, and reaches several SAP systems as well as other systems such as Salesforce and Oracle through one central interface, so answers can combine Salesforce and SAP data in one response.

Every action is governed: each user’s own SAP permissions, every change traceable, and no SAP write without explicit human confirmation or pre-approval. Available on Salesforce, on MuleSoft, or standalone.
Agentforce Revenue Management, quoting configurable products against live SAP
Multi-level configurable products can be quoted in Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management with SAP as the system of record, in a zero copy model, without duplicated rules or price calculations. Each configuration step is validated in real time against SAP CPS and SAP Variant Configuration, and prices, including variant conditions, come from SAP at quote time. After approval, the order is posted to SAP with full configuration details, with a single click or fully automated, and Vigience Overcast shows the live SAP order, document flow and item status inside Salesforce. Read more on our blog.
What’s new in Vigience Field Service
Vigience Field Service, the first application of the Vigience Application Suite introduced last year, has grown across the whole service process, connected to SAP S/4HANA. SAP equipment hierarchies, with serial numbers and maintenance history, are available in Salesforce down to the sub-equipment level, and technician time recording runs end to end, from the Salesforce Field Service mobile app to approved times posted to SAP. New on top, a first look at long-term team planning: a planning board built directly on Salesforce Field Service that plans in days rather than minutes, reaches more than a year ahead, and never reschedules anything by itself. A preview will be shown at the booth.
