- Technician Copilot – When a technician reports a missing or failed part, Agentforce checks SAP ATP, proposes substitutions, creates a reservation or purchase requisition, triggers shipments or stock movements, and updates the work order schedule automatically.
- People & Resource Planning – Vigience Field Service aligns service requests with SAP HR data to automatically identify available technicians with the right skills, certifications, and locations.
