OVERCAST PRICING MODEL

Provide integrated solutions faster and smarter

The Overcast pricing model explained

Overcast’s price is tailored to each customer and depends on solutions selected, total user count, number of systems connected, usage and contract length. The pricing model includes two types:

  • Base license: The Overcast Service is priced based on the number of systems connected and the usage. This base license is required in all cases: for the Salesforce to backend integration end-to-end use case (OOTB integrations & build-your-own) as well as for the standalone “Overcast for MuleSoft” use case for non-Salesforce users that want to connect systems to SAP (OOTB APIs and build-your-own).
  • Access license: The Overcast App and Overcast Components for Salesforce are priced in line with the Salesforce pricing model. Typically, that is on a “per user per month” (for e.g. Sales Cloud or Service Cloud users) or “per order” basis (for B2B Commerce licensing). This license is required for all customers integrating Salesforce with SAP or other backend systems and there are four different options available depending on usage.

Overcast Service

Overcast Service
Priced per company/month*
Base license for Overcast, the powerful zero to low-code development platform & out-of-the-box (OOTB) content library that powers end-to-end integrations from Salesforce to SAP (and many other systems), as well as greatly simplifies MuleSoft to SAP (and many other systems) integrations. Overcast ensures super stable connectivity and comes with premium support so you can rest assured that your systems are always up, running and connected
  • Overcast Service: this is the base license for Overcast. On-premise connectivity depends on customer’s network & system configurations is thus customer-specific as well as mission-critical; with this subscription, you secure yourself worry-free connectivity and premium support so you can rest assured that your systems are always up, running and connected.
* Price is calculated on a “per Salesforce org” and “per connected backend system” basis. Small org pricing exists where the module price is built into the usage-based pricing – contact us for pricing details. Additional restrictions apply depending on the number of APIs deployed and data volume.

  • Overcast App: allow your users to access synchronized or true real-time on-premise data and business processes. Configure your our own two-way integrations against any backend without writing code. Interact with on-premise data through Apex, Process Builder or your custom Lighting Components – it is as easy as it is to interact with Salesforce data.
  • Overcast Components for Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Users: access and use the pre-built content for SAP integration, e.g. display/edit/create SAP orders and build-your-own components without writing code. Get productive in days and – depending on your goals – save up to hundreds of thousands of dollars in integration-related implementation costs. An Overcast Components subscription allows you to use all the Overcast Components as well as the Overcast Component Builder to write components against any backend and includes all features from the Overcast App subscription.
  • Overcast Components for Community Users: leverage the pre-built SAP integrations in order to provide your customers, resellers and other external users complete self-service portal experiences. In addition, build custom components that read data from or post data to any backend.
  • Overcast Components for B2B Commerce Users: the licensing for the B2B Commerce Overcast Components is on an order volume basis – in alignment with Salesforce’s pricing model.
