I enjoy the fast pace at Vigience. There’s always something happening, and I feel like I’m constantly learning. Right now, I’m working on a greenfield project, which has been one of the most exciting parts of my job. Starting from scratch gives us a lot of freedom to build things the right way, and I love being part of that process from the ground up.

What makes it even better is the team here in Tokyo. It’s an international group, and I get to interact with colleagues and clients in both English and Japanese every day. That kind of cultural mix makes for a really interesting and dynamic environment.

I also really appreciate that my role isn’t just about writing code. I work directly with clients, gather requirements, and help shape solutions that make sense for them. It’s a great balance between technical work and communication, and it keeps things fresh.
