Dr. Andrew McLeod (Chief Technology Officer)
Andrew leads all consulting services and technology research and marketing. He is a Cambridge educated scientist turned SAP consultant. Prior to founding Vigience, he led SAP’s global engineering services team for Mobile Business.

Marc Hrabak (Chief Operations Officer)
Marc leads the Project Management Office as well as the Finance, Human Resources and Administrative functions of the company. Marc has more than 12 years of experience with finance and administrative programs over a broad range of organizations.

Ryusaku leads the Sales and Marketing efforts for Vigience in Japan. He joined Vigience as consultant but quickly became an account manager. He is also an SAP alumni, where he started his career as an academy trainer before turning consultant in the area of Internet Business Framework and Mobile Business.
Satoshi Iwasaki (Head of Overcast Development)
Satoshi leads the Overcast product development team, which includes the SAP-to-Cloud Enterprise Gateway and related SaaS applications. He previously managed Vigience’s SAP NetWeaver and SAP mobile based project.
Debiao Zhou (Head of Solution & Service Delivery)
Debiao leads the solution and service delivery team, i.e. he manages consulting projects and ensures a high-quality service. He has both a technical and business administration training and joins from SAP where he worked in the active global support and development organizations.
Yuya Yamada (Head of QuiXilver Development)
Yuya leads the QuiXilver product development team, which includes a cloud database, cloud server and dedicated client applications that allow for an optimal user interaction. Yuya is an experienced and widely respected engineer who joined us from Sony’s software development unit.
Asako Fukuda (Head of General Administration & HR)
Asako manages all aspects of Human Resources, General Administration and the day-to-day accounting of the company. Asako makes sure we keep the Vigience difference alive, which lies in its people who go through an extensive selection process and its legendary company culture.
