While Vigience offers great quality that can be measured in the very high customer
satisfaction, in most projects to date, we offered our services overall at less
cost than the competition (offshore competition included). The secret ingredient
here is highly efficient execution that reduces the main project cost factor significantly
compared to the competition - namely, days invoiced!
When quoting fixed price projects, we have yet to be beaten on price. As a consequence,
we offer some of our consulting services as packaged templates (and thus at a fixed
price). We do this not only to provide the best possible cost coupled with the lowest
risk to you, but also because we often enter into a partnership in the truest meaning
of the word with our clients by sharing both risks and profits equally.
